How can I track my order?

We are still developing an authomatic tracking system. In the meantime, you can contact us if you want more informations about the status of your order, and we will reply in a couple hours. As for the tracking of the shipment, when the candle is shipped you will automatically receive an email from our courier with the link that lets you automatically track the shipping.

My Candle has not arrived, or it arrived broken/wrong.
